RETURN AND REFUNDS

What are the terms and conditions for exchange and return?

1. You have 7 days to notify us via email on (support@asharfidesign.com)that you wish to return the items from the date of delivery and a further 7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. Under no circumstance the return/refund will be provided if we are not informed within 7 days via email.Please mention your order id in the email else we will not be able to identify your order. Failure to provide the info within 7 days will make your order ineligible for exchange/returns. All the refund will be in form of store credit.

2. Since we are slow fashion brand , all orders we receive is made with uttermost care and craft, so if you don't like the product we will provide you with credit for the return orders which can be used anytime in the future.

3.The pick-up be will attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to availability of the service in your area pin-code.

4. INR 150/- are applicable for exchanges depending on your pin code.We recommend to choose the best size as per our size chart or contact us so that customer care executive can help in selecting the same. We have unlimited exchanges available for you.Shipping fee/Cod fee will not be refundable and will be bear by the customer.

5. Please return your product(s) in the same condition that it was shipped to you. If the products are returned in a poor condition or have clearly been worn then we will not be able to refund your money.

6. You can get in touch with us about any issue at our customer support portal and we will gladly solve it for you. You can also reach out on Instagram @asharfi_design for a faster response. All queries will be solved between Monday-Saturday, 10am-6pm. All pending queries will be solved on priority the next day.

7. Store credit generated against any gift or return cannot be cummulate with any other gift certtificate or other store credit.


8. Any customized order or sale product over 20 % is not eligible for exchange, return or refund.

9. If you want to issue a Gift Card, kindly note that only Prepaid orders would be accepted.

I haven't received my refund yet. What should I do?

We update our customers via email once we initiate the refund procedure.
In case you have not received, it might be possible that our mail landed up in spam/promotion tab. Do check that or let us know.

How do I cancel my order?
Orders that have not been shipped can be cancelled by logging into your account, clicking ‘Orders’ and then ‘Cancel Order’.

If you want to edit your order we will not be able to change anything once shipped. For changes in the order before it has been shipped, please call us directly on the number and we will see if we can work it out for you
Cancellation and refund does not apply for?
If the order is customized or is not received in the condition that it was send. Other that that we will provide the cancellation.

SHIPPING AND TRACKING

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Orders in India, once shipped, are typically delivered in 1-4 business days in metros, and 4-7 business days for the rest of India. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.
Orders outside India, which is  send by international Indian post usually takes 2-3 weeks to deliver and also depend upon the custom time.
Israel: 3-5 weeks
United Kingdom: 2-5 weeks
North America: 3-5 weeks
Europe: 2-5 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3-5 weeks
Asia Pacific: 2-4 weeks
Are there any additional shipping charges?
Usually shipping price can be seen on the checkout page.

Indian Customer: You will get free shipping for all the prepaid orders and a minimum charge(around 80-100Rs) if you order via COD, its just the surcharge we have to give to the carrier company since COD charges are quite high. We also have free shipping on COD depending on the offer going on at that time.

International Customer: We provide free shipping for order above 125 USD(Rs 9200) and generally charge 10-12 USD(Rs 900-1000) per order below 125 USD or as per some current offer.
How do I track my order?
Indian Customer: You can track your order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse. An email and SMS will be sent with a link.
International Customer: Since the order is shipped by international Indian post, the tracking will be applicable till it is dispatched from India. You can check to your nearest post office for the package after it arrives in your country.We are not responsible if the item is delayed and stuck at custom.
What if my order is undelivered?
Indian Customer: For prepaid orders, if our courier partners are unable to deliver the product and they send it back to us, we will initiate a refund to your account which will reflect within 24-48 hours of initiation.

International Customer: If the courier is stuck in the customs we cannot do anything since its not in our control. For any other reasons we will refund your amount to your account and only deduct the shipping fee if the order reached your country.

MISCELLANEOUS

Customs and import taxes for international Customers
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Do you take bulk orders/ customise products?
Yes, we absolutely do. You can email us with your order and design details at support@asharfidesign.com. We’ll also try and work out a discount for you, depending on the quantity of your order.
Will I automatically receive marketing emails from you after registration?
You will automatically get subscribed to our marketing emails and SMS's after registering with us. We do not believe in spamming our customers. In case you do not want to receive these, you can click on the unsubscribe link in the email.
What if I'm not available when the pickup is being attempted?
If the oOur courier partner will attempt the pick up 2-3 times. You can let him know a convenient time to pick the product up.rder is customized or is not received in the condition that it was send. Other that that we will provide the cancellation.
How should I check status of my order?
To find out when your order is arriving, you need to first log in to your account. After login you can check the status in your account.
